WHO WE ARE

Owen Paulo Legal Limited has emerged from Direction Law (the former largest firm providing affordable housing conveyancing to private individuals, housing providers and business clients) as a niche firm that specialise in Resale Shared Ownership transactions and Staircasing transactions.

We have seen resales and staircasing grow from a byproduct of new build shared ownership conveyancing, into a major part of the industry and we are extremely proud to be the only firm in the country solely specialising in these particular types of conveyancing. Some of our conveyancers have been in this sector for over 20 years and with the same staff from Direction Law, we have built relationships with many housing associations and mortgage brokers who are happy to direct clients our way as they know we have the knowledge and expertise.
