We have seen resales and staircasing grow from a by-product of new build shared ownership conveyancing, into a major part of the industry and we are extremely proud to be the only firm in the country solely specialising in these complex types of conveyancing. Some of our conveyancers have been in this sector for over 20 years and have seen its evolution into the tenure it is today. We have built relationships with many housing associations and mortgage brokers who are happy to direct clients our way as they know we have the knowledge and expertise to guide you through the process.
